Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Genuine Comfort. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving company growth by expanding our territory and capturing market share.
Key Responsibilities:- Closing inbound leads and pursuing qualified outbound leads to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities
- Building strong relationships with existing repeat clients in the PTAC replacement market to ensure retention and ongoing business growth
- Capturing and organizing key market and customer data in our CRM system and scorecards to ensure accurate tracking and analysis of sales activities
- Uncovering referrals and testimonials by requesting customer feedback and executing our Net Promoter Score (NPS) process
- Participating in selected marketing activities, including attending tradeshows to build contacts and uncover new business opportunities
- Experience in business development and B2B product sales
- Comfortable using a CRM and ability to quickly learn new tools and products
- A virtual interview with a Talent Advisor discussing your interest in the role and the company
- An in-person interview with the COO & Director of Sales and Marketing
- A virtual interview with the Director of Sales and Marketing and CEO
