Your Role

This position is responsible for managing and underwriting new and existing Programs (Long haul Trucking and Commercial Auto) within the assigned region, focusing on excellence in program underwriting. The Regional Program Manager will also conduct quality audits and evaluations to ensure brokers operate within specified program parameters and deliver high-quality service to customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting quality audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with Echelon's corporate standards;
  • Preparing regular reports on program performance, growth, and profitability to share with internal stakeholders;
  • Managing and underwriting new and existing Programs (Long haul Trucking and Commercial Auto) within the assigned region.
Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A University Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a similar field; or a recognized Insurance-specific degree;
  • 5 years of relevant P&C-related experience, with at least 2 years in Commercial Auto and/or Transport;
  • CIP or FCIP designation;
  • CRM exposure;
  • Significant involvement in underwriting operations.
