**Job Title:** Regional Business Development Director
**Location:
Normal office or home-office environment. Frequent travel to and within developed and developing markets.**Job Description:** We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Business Development Director to lead our franchise operations in Canada. As the primary contact for franchisees, you will oversee pre-opening training, post-opening training, and ongoing training programs as needed. You will also work closely with International Marketing to coordinate global/regional marketing plans and improve sales trends in each country.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Create and direct strategies to support brand development, store growth, and sales and profitability of stores in the Region.
- Determine overall direction for department activities in compliance with operating procedures and brand standards.
- Provide leadership and perform full scope of management functions for assigned staff.
- Communicate with LCE regarding opportunities or issues affecting the brand, LCE, and/or franchisees.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Ten (10) or more years hands-on Operations leadership experience in multi-unit, franchise organization.
- Prior experience in recruiting, leading, training, motivating, supporting, developing, and evaluating franchisee performance throughout Canada.
- Able to read and interpret financial statements and make viable recommendations for business plan modifications.
- Able to speak, read, and write English fluently.
**Salary Range:** $120,000 - $180,000 per year
