Surgical Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Surgical Business Development Manager to join our team at ConMed Canada. The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of regional sales strategies, drive sales growth, and build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the General Surgery portfolio.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead and manage individual team members in the Central Region for the General Surgery Portfolio.
- Drive incremental win rate and market share growth within the region.
- Partner with marketing to drive pre and post RFP activity within the region.
- Actively participate in Regional and National RFP response processes.
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with national marketing plans.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure regional execution on marketing plans and provide regional market information.
- Celebrate mid-year and annual performance reviews.
- 5+ years minimum medical devices industry sales experience.
- 2+ years people management experience (preferred).
- Proven track record in consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets year over year.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professional internal and external relationships that reflect the company's core values.
ConMed is a leading manufacturer of minimally invasive surgical instruments and equipment. We are committed to delivering innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of healthcare professionals and patients.
The estimated salary for this position is CAD 120,000 - 180,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
