Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at Uniparts OEM Canada Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading sales teams in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Average annual salary $115,000 - $140,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Arrange training for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.
  • Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to optimize financial performance.
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines to drive business growth.
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.
  • Organize regional and divisional sales operations to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
