Overview

As a Regional Director of Operations and Growth at goeasy Ltd, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and success within the assigned region. Responsibilities

The Regional Director of Operations and Growth is responsible for:

  • Managing District Budget: Drive profitability by effectively managing district budgets, achieving set financial goals, and ensuring cost control measures are in place.
  • Achieving Revenue Targets: Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets, focusing on customer growth, market expansion, and sales optimization.
  • Leading Team: Foster a high-performing team by providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities, ensuring excellent customer service, and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless store operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and asset protection, while maintaining high standards of customer experience.
  • Culture and Values: Embed and promote goeasy's values and culture, fostering a workplace that values diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity employment.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a multi-unit district manager in a retail or related customer service environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improvement.
  • Professional, outgoing, and approachable demeanor, with excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work well in fast-paced environments, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience reading and being responsible for P&Ls and other financial goals and objectives.
  • Secondary School Diploma is required; a College or University Diploma in a related discipline is preferred.
