Blackman Support Services Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team in delivering exceptional IT solutions.

About the Role

This permanent position involves providing technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, applications, and other software.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a similar role, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

In this role, you will be responsible for responding to user inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing solutions.

You will also participate in the redesign of applications and software, supervise junior technicians, and provide training to users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or in-person
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems
  • Implement solutions and provide training to users
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of documentation and knowledge bases
  • Supervise junior technicians and provide guidance and feedback
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with networking software, hardware, and security systems
