At Orbit Installations inc., we are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients. Your primary duties will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to clients experiencing difficulties with computer systems and provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Consult technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions to complex technical issues.
  • Provide advice and training to clients in response to identified difficulties.
  • Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Provide business systems, network and Internet support to clients in response to identified difficulties.
  • Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
