Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Consult technical manuals, guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to complex problems.
  • Provide training and guidance to users to enhance their computer skills and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other technical support analysts to maintain a comprehensive problems and solutions log.
  • Offer business systems, network, and Internet support to users, ensuring seamless connectivity and functionality.
  • Configure and install computer equipment, including cables, operating systems, and software, to meet user needs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our users.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
  • Permanent employment with a flexible schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Proficiency in English as the primary language of communication.
