Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team at Blackman Support Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, networks, and software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide timely solutions to technical issues
  • Consult technical manuals and documentation to research and implement solutions
  • Provide training and guidance to users on computer systems and software
  • Collect and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and software
  • Supervise other technical support workers in the group
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software
  • Experience with security software, database software, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
