Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing account plans, negotiating and closing deals, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with potential clients. This role requires a strategic thinker who can foster long-term partnerships and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth and customer retention.
  • Negotiate and close deals with key clients to increase revenue and market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients to establish trust and credibility.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure ANC Solutions remains competitive.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales or marketing position within the cannabis industry.
  • A degree in a related field, such as business administration or marketing.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Salary and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
