Strategic Business Development Manager

We are a dynamic and entrepreneurial organization, passionate about our team and customers. Our Small and Medium Business (SMB) team is looking for a high-energy, curious, and results-oriented Senior Strategy Manager to join their Cost of Acquisition & Retention (COAR) team.
Description of the RoleAs a Senior Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for leading strategic reviews, business casing, and deep dives geared towards executive decision support and supporting day-to-day operations. You will develop the cost component of the SMB annual budget, manage the monthly forecasting process, and deliver monthly performance updates to Senior Leadership.
You will also lead semi-annual strategy reviews/presentations, investigate changes to underlying performance, analyze key market shifts, and size business impact of opportunities and risks. Your expertise in financial analysis, data manipulation, and presentation skills will be essential in developing scenario-based analysis and making recommendations to Senior Leadership.

- Develop scenario-based analysis and make recommendations to Senior Leadership
To be successful in this role, you will need strong business acumen, a proven ability to synthesize business results into actionable insights, and highly proficient skills in business and financial analysis with deep Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint and Google Sheet/Presentation expertise.
A university degree with 5-7 years of relevant experience is required, with an accounting designation such as Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified General Accountant (CGA) or Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA) being preferred.
In addition, your experience with telecommunications, wireless, or consulting, strategy, or finance background would be valuable assets in this position.
What We OfferIntello Technologies Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $94,000-$142,000 per year, plus a performance bonus or sales incentive plan of 15% of total compensation.
