Key Responsibilities:
  • Increase the number of financial advisors who do business with NBI through effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Work effectively with a team to achieve business development targets within the defined territory.
  • Develop and manage territory business plans by identifying opportunities and creating action plans to increase revenue.
  • Analyze firm sales and asset reports to determine territory opportunities and identify potential risks.
  • Participate in new and existing training programs to enhance performance and further career development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in administration or a related field and five years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and four years of relevant experience.
  • Mutual Funds and business development experience.
  • Experience in coaching and training, including knowledge of budget and territory management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including English (spoken and written).
  • Financial designation such as IFIC, CSC, PFP, CIMA, CFA or Fellow from CSI is an asset.
