We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to drive growth and profitability in our Edmonton location. As a key member of our leadership team, you will develop and implement business strategies to achieve financial targets, manage and mentor department heads, and lead the recruitment, training, and development of staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Manage and mentor department heads to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
  • Lead the recruitment, training, and development of staff to meet business needs.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and report on operational performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Director or in a similar managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
