We are looking for a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, business development, and customer relationships.
Job SummaryThe Sales and Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new accounts within assigned segments, participating in tradeshows and promotional events, and maintaining good relationships with account contacts. They will also be responsible for monitoring monthly results and performance of assigned accounts, negotiating prices, and sealing contracts.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the same field, excellent communication and presentation skills, strong attention to detail, and a highly responsible and reliable personality. They will also have strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities- Generate New Accounts: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Participate in Tradeshows and Promotional Events: Represent the company at various events to build relationships with potential customers and promote our services.
- Maintain Good Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor Monthly Results: Track and analyze monthly results to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
- Negotiate Prices and Seal Contracts: Negotiate prices and terms with clients to secure deals and close sales.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. They will be a strong communicator, able to effectively articulate the value proposition of our brand to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements- Proven Experience: At least 3 years of experience in sales or business development in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and effectively.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and come up with creative solutions.
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
