Strategic Business Development Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Development Director to join our team at Buildya Development Ltd.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for allocating material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
Key Responsibilities- Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
- Develop strategic objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field.
- An excellent understanding of MS Office and MS Windows.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Excellent oral communication, interpersonal awareness, and teamwork skills.
As a Strategic Business Development Director at Buildya Development Ltd., you can expect:
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
- A permanent full-time position with 30-40 hours of work per week.
- The opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
