We are seeking an experienced Sales Business Development Director to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This is a unique opportunity to drive business growth and expand our sales efforts.
As a Sales Business Development Director, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key advisors and providing customized solutions to meet their needs.
Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with advisors to increase sales and promote our services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide education and resources to support advisor success.
- Foster effective working relationships with support contacts at carriers and other partners.
- 8 years of experience in industry.
- Previous insurance sales experience.
- Deep understanding of HNW market.
- Clear and effective communicator – including verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Organized with proven ability to focus on primary tasks.
A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
