We are seeking a seasoned Territory Sales Manager to spearhead our growing Vancouver market. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with businesses from various industries and introducing them to our extensive product range.

About the Role
  1. Market Growth Expertise: Identify opportunities for growth within your assigned markets, meeting with existing customers on-site and fostering strong relationships.
  2. Team Player: Collaborate with our Vancouver sales team, participating in monthly department meetings and receiving ongoing training and development opportunities.
  3. Comprehensive Training: Enjoy 4 weeks of Uline-specific sales training, followed by a 12-week mentorship program, ensuring your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and grow existing accounts, while proactively seeking new business opportunities.
  2. Dedicate Mondays to planning and scheduling, with Tuesday to Friday spent conducting on-site visits.
  3. Develop effective solutions for customers using our vast portfolio of over 40,000 high-quality products.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree is required.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of prior sales experience is preferred.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills are essential.
  4. A valid driver's license with a good driving record is necessary.
