Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Pharma Sales Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for incremental growth and selling ATS LSS Pharmascan and Lyoscan inspection platforms to pharma organizations as well as engineered-to-order turnkey aseptic processing solutions including SuperTrak Pharma applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales leadership: Set standards and deliver results for the North American region in terms of pharmaceutical bookings across the value chain.
  • Opportunity development: Capture planning and win strategy for pursuits involving engineering, operations, finance, legal, and other team members.
  • Market intelligence: Identify M&A opportunities and collect competitive data for informed decision-making.
  • Business development: Work within the ATS LSS sales leadership team to identify new opportunities for the ATS LSS Pharma systems business within the NA segment.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Lead cross-functional personnel throughout a complex selling process to differentiate ATS and deliver a winning proposal.

Salary Range:$120,000 - $180,000 per year

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or post-secondary diploma in manufacturing technology, engineering, business administration, marketing, or equivalent.
  • Seven years of demonstrated sales leadership in working with a team of direct sales account managers selling pharma-specific capital equipment scope.
  • Proven track record of selling multi-million-dollar contracts related to manufacturing machinery or custom-designed automated manufacturing solutions serving the life sciences market.
