We are seeking an experienced Pharma Sales Director to lead our Life Sciences Solutions team in North America. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving incremental growth and selling our PharmaScan and Lyoscan inspection platforms to pharmaceutical organizations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling multi-million-dollar contracts related to manufacturing machinery or custom-designed automated manufacturing solutions serving the Life Sciences market. You will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives incremental growth and revenue in the NA market
- Sell and promote our PharmaScan and Lyoscan inspection platforms to pharmaceutical organizations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and marketing, to develop and deliver solutions that meet customer needs
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive in the market
- Bachelor's degree or post-secondary diploma in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or engineering
- 7+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in the Life Sciences market
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior-level customers
- Ability to travel frequently across North America, with occasional international travel required

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a base salary, you will also be eligible for a bonus structure based on individual and company performance.
