About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pharma Sales Manager to join our team at ATS Life Sciences Systems. As a key member of our Life Science Systems team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipeline, and business plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide sales and business development support to the sales team to drive business growth and revenue.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or post-secondary diploma in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue in a sales and business development role.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions to meet customer needs.
