Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Marketing Manager to join our team at Bryan & Company LLP. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the human resources and marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership:
  • In collaboration with senior management, develop and execute a comprehensive HR and marketing strategy aligned with the firm's strategic goals.
  • Manage the annual operating plan to support the achievement of the firm's objectives.
  • Human Resources:
  • Culture and Engagement: Promote and enhance the firm's culture through engagement initiatives and activities, including internal recognition programs, social activities, and leadership development.
  • Learning & Development: Identify training needs and facilitate training sessions to enhance employee skill development and performance.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding, developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Administration: Oversee the management and maintenance of the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and efficient HR processes.
  • Marketing & Communications:
  • Marketing: Responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the firm website, execution of the social media strategy, and sponsorship coordination.
  • Communications: Ensure all internal and external communications adhere to brand guidelines and tone.
  • Operational Leadership:
  • Provide leadership and support to the Corporate Services Supervisor in supervising the Central Services and Reception functions.
  • Accountable for managing the HR, Marketing & Central Services budget.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • CPHR Designation, or progress towards designation (considered an asset)
  • Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing or communications, including vendor management
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian employment laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year.
