HR Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Marketing Manager to join our team at Bryan & Company LLP. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the human resources and marketing functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership:
- In collaboration with senior management, develop and execute a comprehensive HR and marketing strategy aligned with the firm's strategic goals.
- Manage the annual operating plan to support the achievement of the firm's objectives.
- Human Resources:
- Culture and Engagement: Promote and enhance the firm's culture through engagement initiatives and activities, including internal recognition programs, social activities, and leadership development.
- Learning & Development: Identify training needs and facilitate training sessions to enhance employee skill development and performance.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding, developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Administration: Oversee the management and maintenance of the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and efficient HR processes.
- Marketing & Communications:
- Marketing: Responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the firm website, execution of the social media strategy, and sponsorship coordination.
- Communications: Ensure all internal and external communications adhere to brand guidelines and tone.
- Operational Leadership:
- Provide leadership and support to the Corporate Services Supervisor in supervising the Central Services and Reception functions.
- Accountable for managing the HR, Marketing & Central Services budget.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- CPHR Designation, or progress towards designation (considered an asset)
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
- Demonstrated experience in marketing or communications, including vendor management
- Strong knowledge of Canadian employment laws and regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year.
