Job Summary

We seek a strategic and experienced Human Resources Director to lead and manage all aspects of our HR function. The HR Director will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture, supporting employee engagement, and ensuring that HR strategies align with the company's overall goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and values.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational performance.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the company's culture, focusing on employee engagement, inclusivity, and organizational development.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, compensation, benefits, and labor relations.
  • Proven experience in talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior management and employees at all levels.
Compensation Package

The estimated salary range for this position is between $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and disability insurance, as well as a retirement savings plan.
