Job DescriptionThis Account Growth Specialist will spend approximately 50% of their time on account management and 50% on customer success.
- Drive activation of the Paper platform at site levels while responsible for client retention and expansion.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for all account-related needs.
- Understand clients' business needs and objectives, identifying opportunities for renewal, upselling, or cross-selling our products/services.
- Monitor account health and performance metrics, addressing issues or risks proactively.
- Manage contractual relationships, including negotiations, renewals, and compliance, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Collaborate with key decision-makers and stakeholders to secure buy-in and promote partnership growth.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, helping them maximize the value of our offerings.
- Facilitate outreach for training sessions or resources to educate clients on product features and best practices.
- Advocate for clients' needs internally, championing initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Monitor client health through regular check-ins, satisfaction surveys, and feedback.
- Previous experience in an account management role in the K-12 sector.
- A proactive approach to ensure customer satisfaction and high-quality deliverables.
- A collaborative, proactive, and effective approach under pressure, with strong time management.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements and travel schedules effectively.
