Job Description

This Account Growth Specialist will spend approximately 50% of their time on account management and 50% on customer success.

  • Drive activation of the Paper platform at site levels while responsible for client retention and expansion.
Responsibilities
  1. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for all account-related needs.
  2. Understand clients' business needs and objectives, identifying opportunities for renewal, upselling, or cross-selling our products/services.
  3. Monitor account health and performance metrics, addressing issues or risks proactively.
  4. Manage contractual relationships, including negotiations, renewals, and compliance, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  5. Collaborate with key decision-makers and stakeholders to secure buy-in and promote partnership growth.
Customer Success
  1. Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, helping them maximize the value of our offerings.
  2. Facilitate outreach for training sessions or resources to educate clients on product features and best practices.
  3. Advocate for clients' needs internally, championing initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience.
  4. Monitor client health through regular check-ins, satisfaction surveys, and feedback.
Qualifications
  1. Previous experience in an account management role in the K-12 sector.
  2. A proactive approach to ensure customer satisfaction and high-quality deliverables.
  3. A collaborative, proactive, and effective approach under pressure, with strong time management.
  4. Ability to manage multiple client engagements and travel schedules effectively.
