Business Development Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Specialist to join the TOMCO Group of Companies. This individual will be responsible for developing new business opportunities with existing accounts in the territory, focusing on strategic sales and prospecting skills.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000, depending on experience, as well as bonus provisions and benefits.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop NEW BUSINESS opportunities with existing accounts in the territory.
  • Focus on strategic sales and prospecting skills to target and pursue new and existing accounts proactively.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Bilingualism (French/English) mandatory.
  • Industrial Equipment Sales experience preferred.
  • High energy, professional approach, and strong combination of prospecting and strategic sales skills.

Work Arrangements

This is a salaried position that requires travel 75% of the time, as well as occasional after-hours work. Training will take place in London, Ontario, for the first month, followed by one week per month thereafter.
