Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Specialist to join our Commercial Growth Sales Team at Beanfield Technologies Inc.
This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive base salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, plus commission bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities- Nurture relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and working closely with internal teams to develop customized solutions.
- Cold calling and prospecting: Proactively engage in cold calling and book meetings with prospective customers, qualifying new business prospects and building an active potential prospect list.
- Sales skills: Become knowledgeable in core Beanfield products to prepare and present service proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, demonstrating excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- CRM management: Track all activity and results through CRM tools, submitting daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly analysis reports to management.
- 3+ years of sales experience: Relevant experience in client-facing sales, account management, and business development.
- Educational background: High school diploma with a post-secondary degree or diploma in Business or related field.
- Skills and qualifications: Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities, excellent organizational and time management skills, effective written, verbal, and listening skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work independently using good judgment.
