Strategic Account Growth Specialist

As a Strategic Account Growth Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through existing accounts across Canada. Your primary responsibility will be to understand customers' communication needs and develop strategies that align with their business objectives.
With a strong focus on leadership and sales skills, you will consistently hit higher monthly targets while maintaining a cumulative average of minimum key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, you will work collaboratively as part of our global team, leveraging your expertise to drive business results and achieve shared goals.
This hybrid position offers flexibility in remote work arrangements, with occasional in-person attendance for training sessions. A minimum of 2 days per week in the office is mandatory, subject to specific dates as requested by management.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Develop and maintain a sales database and pipeline of prospects
- Create and deliver sales proposals and presentations to prospects
- Perform follow-up calls to prospects and negotiate deals
- Identify opportunities for package selling in media distribution and engagement, monitoring, and measurement
- Achieve sales targets and build a robust sales pipeline
- Fluency in both English and French is required for effective communication with clients across Canada
- Proven track record as a sales performer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a closing role
- Ability to sell services in short and long sales cycles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging prospects and differentiating our services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Based on industry standards and location, the estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
