We are seeking an experienced IT Portfolio Growth Specialist to be based in the Montreal area and manage and expand a portfolio of cross-industry accounts.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will own growth targets and overall profit & loss of a cluster of accounts, with a focus on account growth and profitability.

The successful candidate will position Wipro as a strategic IT partner and identify opportunities to implement IT solutions, contributing to new business development efforts within the accounts to drive new sources of revenue.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage senior client relationships across business lines within the accounts, focusing on account growth and profitability.

Requirements
  • Bilingual French & English communications (no exceptions).
  • At least 20 years of experience in a client-facing role or portfolio/account leadership role in the IT professional services or management consulting firm.
  • Experience managing and growing a client portfolio of accounts totaling P&L of $40+ M, including reporting and metric assessment for account(s).
  • Local / Canadian client experience mandatory.
  • Ability to cross-sell across service lines and collaborate with internal stakeholders to anchor the accounts.
  • Experience in the global service delivery model.
  • Experience selling broad IT services (Infrastructure, Digital AI, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, AppsDev, etc).
  • Top-notch relationship management skills and a deep appreciation of IT tools, techniques, systems, and solutions.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales growth targets.
  • Consulting Services experience selling digital transformation or large-scale services programs.
  • Relationship-oriented - strong on building relationships; ability to manage CXO stakeholders.
  • Experience serving Canadian clients.

$120,000 - $180,000 per year.
