Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations
* Develop and implement new menu items and recipes to drive sales and customer satisfaction
* Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
* Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize efficiency
* Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative and delicious menu offerings

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a high-volume kitchen
* Proven track record of success in menu development, kitchen operations, and team leadership
* Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
