Executive Chef

Job Summary:
The Executive Chef will oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of food and exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong passion for culinary excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our guests and align with the company's culinary vision.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional results.
- Inventory Management: Manage food and labor resources to ensure they are used efficiently and effectively.
- Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
- Financial Management: Manage kitchen expenses and ensure they are within budget.
Requirements:
- Culinary Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume, full-service environment.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results.
- Financial Acumen: Basic knowledge of financial aspects of business operations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
