Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement new menu ideas, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Chef Supervision: Train and supervise a team of cooks and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and ensuring that our kitchen is well-organized and efficient.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers receive a high-quality dining experience.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 to 44 hours per week.
