About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Theo's Eatery. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement new menu ideas, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
  • Chef Supervision: Train and supervise a team of cooks and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and ensuring that our kitchen is well-organized and efficient.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers receive a high-quality dining experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 to 44 hours per week.
