Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring high-quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers, ensuring a diverse and appealing selection of dishes.

  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and equipment as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure adherence to food safety protocols, maintaining a clean and sanitized kitchen environment, and monitoring food quality to prevent contamination.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery, maintaining a positive and respectful team environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
