Key Responsibilities:

  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our guests and align with the company's culinary vision.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional results.
  • Inventory Management: Manage food and labor resources to ensure they are used efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Financial Management: Manage kitchen expenses and ensure they are within budget.

Requirements:

  • Culinary Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume, full-service environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Financial Acumen: Basic knowledge of financial aspects of business operations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
