Regional Business Development Director

We are seeking a seasoned Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Acosta Sales & Marketing, where you will play a crucial role in driving product sellout and market share within an assigned territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will cultivate strong relationships with retail partners and field leadership to collaborate on strategic initiatives for increased sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell-Through and Market Share: Develop and execute a comprehensive approach to drive increased sell-through and market share for each store within the designated territory.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with retail partners to share knowledge through training and build brand advocacy.
- Data Collection and Reporting: Collect and analyze data to provide market-level reporting, including market intelligence, competitive activity, and feedback on current retail market conditions.
- Training and Influence: Train and influence Retail Sales Associates to effectively engage store sales associates and customers on products and devices.
- Retail Store Presence: Maintain a highly visible and consistent presence in designated retail stores within the assigned territory.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5 – 8+ years combined sales and/or retail sales experience, with strong relative experience in retail business and/or wireless.
- 3+ years' supervisor/management experience managing direct reports in a retail and/or retail sales field.
- Ability to schedule and lead virtual training and events, and have adequate space to accommodate.
- Proven experience managing and tracking performance against assigned directives and KPIs.
