Job DescriptionRide the Next Mile with Us
We're seeking an experienced Logistics Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Develop new business opportunities with existing clients and identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and 3PL/4PL partners, ensuring renewal revenue growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client matters, from onboarding to ongoing support.
- Respond to client inquiries and explore new business opportunities among existing customers.
- Liaise with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Communicate effectively, understanding user feedback and incorporating it into recommendations and requirements while managing expectations.
- Actively work with clients to resolve escalations, follow-ups, and project management.
- Document and track project progress, deliverables, and provide updates to clients and team members.
- Clearly communicate monthly and quarterly initiative progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive excellence and results for clients.
- Achieve sales targets to meet business goals.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Three years' experience in logistics, third-party brokerage, or light asset-based companies, delivering client-focused solutions.
- Flexibility to travel and meet with customers.
- Ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influence skills.
- Strong negotiating, problem-solving, and closing abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Capacity to handle stressful situations calmly and measuredly.
