We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Kent water purification systems Inc. in a challenging role that requires strong leadership and business development skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales teams, hiring and training staff, and overseeing the daily operations of our merchandise department.

This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 30 hours per week. The estimated annual salary for this position is $42,000 - $60,000 based on industry standards and location.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Manage and motivate sales teams to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
  • Oversee the ordering and inventory management of merchandise
  • Prepare and present reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Organize and maintain accurate records of sales data, customer interactions, and inventory levels

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
