As a key member of Thermo Fisher Scientific's team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a global scale.

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong foundational business relationships with key clients to drive business growth and ensure world-class customer experiences.

A typical day in this position may include:

  • Acting as the client advocate and business leader, balancing and driving both client and company requirements and priorities.
  • Identifying decision structures related to product supply and third-party manufacturing, optimizing business frameworks.
  • Ensuring exceptional service levels are provided and required planning and technical information is exchanged appropriately.
  • Facilitating regular and ad hoc teleconferences and Business Review meetings.
  • Ensuring compliance with Supply Agreements.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop commercial strategies, negotiate quotations, and manage client relationships.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree/Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Finance, or Business.
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in project management, account management, sales, or marketing with internal or external client-facing responsibilities.
  • Pharmaceutical or Contract Manufacturing proven experience preferred.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
