About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Ridgeway Shell. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and improving overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales representatives to duties and tasks, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Audit and approve payments by cheque, maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Evaluate and authorize return of merchandise, adhering to company policies.
  • Develop and implement work schedules, optimizing employee productivity and workload.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, promoting our products and services to clients.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of sales representatives, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
Work Environment

You will be working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
