About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Assign tasks and duties to team members to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Hire, train, and develop sales staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales performance, customer interactions, and team progress.
  • Identify opportunities for business expansion and implement strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales management or a related role.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including paid time off, free parking, and opportunities for professional development.
