The Business Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, managing day-to-day operations, and identifying new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include:
- Sales Team Management: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and exceed sales projections.
- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the sales department, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion of tasks.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute plans.
- Cash and Inventory Management: Manage cash and inventory levels, ensuring accurate records and minimizing losses.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, including processing payments, benefits, and other employee-related matters.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Education: A college or CEGEP education is required.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a sales or management role.
- Work Schedule: A minimum of 32.5 hours per week.
- Work Language: Fluency in English is essential.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits packages, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
