About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth and secure new business opportunities for our clients. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, identifying and pursuing new business prospects, and developing strategies to maximize sales and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and executing sales plans
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS, INCLUDING CLIENTS AND INTERNAL TEAM MEMBERS
  • Analyze business results and develop data-driven insights to inform decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management or operations, preferably in a retail merchandising environment

  • Proficiency in Excel and other business tools
  • A passion for driving results and achieving business objectives
What We Offer:

At Acosta, we offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
