Business Development Manager

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to enhance and manage relationships with Walmart Canada, driving sales and profit growth.
Key Responsibilities- Relationship Management: Manage and strengthen relationships with the Walmart Canada Merchant and their various departments.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute action plans to meet sales and profit objectives, grounded in customer insights and business opportunities.
- New Product Introduction: Introduce and launch new products at points of sale.
- Budget Management: Oversee budget management and prepare sales forecasts aligned with corporate goals.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate with the Field Sales Team to coordinate banner priorities, promotions at points of sale, and new product launches in stores.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare presentations, business reviews, and sales reports to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data from internal reports, Nielsen, Retail Link, and market trends to advise on customer growth strategies.
The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive sales growth through effective marketing and promotional plans.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
