Job Summary

ManpowerGroup Solutions is looking for a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and securing business opportunities to generate sales revenue growth and penetration within specific geographic areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to secure new business opportunities and expand existing relationships with key accounts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers to gain a deep understanding of their operational needs and challenges.
  • Partner with recruiting teams to identify avenues for successful business and create synergy between sales and service delivery components.
  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiations to increase the success rate of filling orders from new customers.
  • Meet with management on a regular basis to review and coordinate sales efforts and ensure continued focus on meeting and exceeding individual and area sales activity and revenue targets.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of sales and business development principles, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and be able to travel occasionally.
