We are seeking a highly skilled Office Reception and Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our clients in Newmarket, Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and performing general administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Schedule appointments and manage office calendars.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment.
