We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at beBee Professionals in Newmarket. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our office operations, ensuring that our office runs efficiently and smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to our office operations, including coordinating and managing appointments and meetings, preparing reports and presentations for management, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date filing systems.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management, using your excellent communication and organizational skills to present information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide administrative support to our office operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling incoming communications.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, with a proven track record of providing excellent administrative support.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
