Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role:

MyHealth Centre is seeking a highly skilled and organized Patient Care Representative to provide exceptional support in our clinic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression for patients and providing excellent service.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with mobility needs
  • Maintain a clean and tidy reception area
  • Support Clinic Leaders with administrative tasks
  • Prepare patients for diagnostic testing
  • Assist with workflow management

Documentation and Equipment Operations:

  • Ensure timely completion of documentation and requests
  • Operate office equipment efficiently
  • Maintain logbooks for infection prevention protocols

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Medical Office Administration or related field
  • Minimum typing speed of 35wpm
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
