We are seeking a reliable and experienced Physiotherapy Medical Receptionist to join our team at a busy clinic in Newmarket.

About the Role

This part-time position requires the ability to work evenings and Saturdays, with experience being a must. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our physiotherapists and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clients
  • Manage reception duties, including answering phones, handling correspondence, and scheduling appointments
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
