Position Overview

As a Food Service Supervisor at Young Pocha Korean BBQ Restaurant, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our culinary team. Your leadership will ensure that our food preparation and service meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective work schedules to optimize staff productivity
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff involved in food preparation and portioning
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols
  • Assess and estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
  • Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management
  • Establish and manage work schedules for kitchen personnel
