Job Overview: Culinary Services Supervisor

In the role of Culinary Services Supervisor at Nova Scotia Health Authority, you will take charge of all facets of Food Services, encompassing patient dining, catering operations, and cafeteria management. Your responsibilities will include supervising personnel, ensuring adherence to quality and safety protocols, and enhancing the overall dining experience for our patients and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing meal preparation and distribution
  • Managing staff schedules and attendance

Required Qualifications:
  • Completion of a Food Service Technology program or equivalent
