Culinary Operations Supervisor

The Food Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our culinary establishment, ensuring a high standard of service and efficiency.
Qualifications- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Assess and enhance daily operational procedures.
- Analyze revenue streams to manage labor costs effectively.
- Evaluate and guide staff performance.
- Organize and plan daily service activities.
- Recruit and onboard new team members.
- Establish and manage staff work schedules.
- Provide training and development for staff.
- Identify service offerings and implement operational protocols.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers for food and necessary materials.
- Engage with clients regarding catering services and facility usage.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
Responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.
