Position Overview

The Food Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our culinary establishment, ensuring a high standard of service and efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and enhance daily operational procedures.
  • Analyze revenue streams to manage labor costs effectively.
  • Evaluate and guide staff performance.
  • Organize and plan daily service activities.
  • Recruit and onboard new team members.
  • Establish and manage staff work schedules.
  • Provide training and development for staff.
  • Identify service offerings and implement operational protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers for food and necessary materials.
  • Engage with clients regarding catering services and facility usage.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
Supervision

Responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.
